These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "Platform") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

All Bookme services are owned and operated by Bookme Tickets Pvt. Ltd. These terms and conditions are a binding legal agreement between the customers and Bookme regarding your use of the services made available. Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the website, application or other services, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, tools or products, is hereby expressly prohibited and can lead to legal action. Bookme is a service that sends e-tickets to you via SMS/email if a bus, airline, hotel, or cinema company has enabled online access and partnered with our platform. Bookme is not responsible for any loss, refunds or any other damages in case of cancellation or other such circumstances other than the policies of our service providers as Bookme is a ticketing platform that is only responsible for issuing tickets. Bookme is not responsible for any delay or booking cancellation on behalf of a service provider on the platform.

Mode of Payment

Currently, Bookme supports 5 types of payment methods listed below:

  1. Easypaisa Mobile account
  2. Easypaisa Shop
  3. Jazz Cash Mobile account
  4. Jazz Cash Shop
  5. Credit/Debit Cards
  6. Bank Transfer
  7. NiFT E-Pay

Note that if you pay with a credit/debit card, Bookme can request you to provide photo identification and masked card details which is a requirement from the State Bank of Pakistan.

Refund Policy
For Cinema:

No cancellation or refunds for tickets.

For Events:

No cancellation or refunds for tickets.

For Buses:
  • During public holidays, it is highly likely that companies cancel departures or operations for the entire day. In that case, customers are entitled to either get their seats adjusted in their next order or get a complete refund. In this case, the customer must raise a complaint and request for a refund or adjustment. Bookme will verify from the respected company and process the customer query accordingly.
  • In case of a bus drop, you need to contact Bookme within 3 days of departure and the full amount will be refunded, however, if you miss the bus no refund will be given by any bus service company.
  • All transport tickets can be canceled 2 hours before departure with a certain amount of penalty and on-spot requests won’t be entertained.

The following are the specifics for bus service providers:

  1. On Daewoo Express, a 30% penalty on ticket price will be charged to customers.
  2. Tickets can be canceled 2 hours before departure with a certain amount of penalty except for Bilal Travels, Silk Line, and other exceptions who accept cancellations 2.5 hours before departure.
  3. Tickets for Kainat Travels are non-refundable.
  4. On the spot requests won’t be entertained.
  5. For QConnect, free cancellation for up to 72 hours before scheduled departure. On cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure, 20% of the ticket price will be charged as a penalty. No refunds will be offered to customers on cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled departure.
  6. Road Master: 72 hours before departure cancellation or adjustment will be free of cost. Within the first 72 hours, a 20% penalty of the ticket price will be charged to the customer. There will be no refund in case of a bus miss but the customer can get the adjustment within 24 hours with a 30% penalty.

According to NCOC, a vaccination certificate is mandatory for traveling. If a bus service does not allow traveling without a vaccination certificate Bookme will not be responsible for any reimbursements.

Besides the refunds policy mentioned above, if a bus company changes its cancellation policies, you will be charged penalties according to the new policies. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days after the departure date. Bank accounts are mandatory for refunds. Cancellation/adjustment can be done just one time against one order.

Airlines

All customers are required to check with their respective airline operator for details regarding ticket cancellation before departure, any modifications in ticket prices, and in case of missing a flight. All such details are mentioned on the purchased ticket.

Every query related to flight cancellation, date change, refund claims, and no-show cases; will be entertained according to the policies of the relevant airlines.

Hotels

You are required to thoroughly go through the terms and conditions of the respective hotel that you want to book. All details regarding refunds, cancellations, and failure to show up are included in the confirmation email and in the hotel details section of the website and mobile app.

Permitted Use:

Our website and application are for your personal and non-commercial use only. All information is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and applicable laws. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Bookme, you agree that you will not use the website or application, or duplicate, download, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute or use any material in the for any purpose, except for your personal, non-commercial use. You also agree that you will not link to any page on the website other than the home page (for example, "deep linking"), without Bookme’s prior written consent. Use of the website or applications or any materials or content for any commercial or other unauthorized purpose is prohibited.

For any offers/rewards/contests/lucky draws:

Winners will be notified through the contact details stated by the Participant in the online purchase details. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. The decision of Bookme on all matters relating to or in connection with any offers/rewards/contests/lucky draws (including selection of the winners) is final and binding on all parties concerned. The Lucky Draw is governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by Bookme. By submitting an entry, the Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same. The Lucky Draw is open to any individual who fulfills the following criteria:

  1. A citizen or permanent resident of Pakistan and is over the age of 18 years old
  2. NOT an employee, officer, director, or employee immediate family member of Bookme. (hereinafter individually referred to as “Participant” and collectively referred to as the “Participants".
  3. Bookme reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the Participants and to disqualify any Participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
  4. Subscribers of free services from Bookme, are not eligible for the Lucky Draw.
Promotion Period:

Only purchases made during the Promotion Period are entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw. Bookme reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or extend the Submission Period for any reason at any time and without any liability. Bookme holds the right to end ongoing promotions at any time for any reason.

Notification to Winner:

Winners will be notified through the contact details stated by the Participant in the online purchase details. In the event that Bookme is unable to contact any of the winners within 3 working days for whatever reasons, the prize of that particular winner will be forfeited at the sole discretion of Bookme. No alternatives will be offered. Please note that only one winner will be announced for each contest/offer/reward/lucky draw.

Exclusion of Liability:

Bookme, its employees, agents, and representatives hereby disclaim any liabilities that may arise in connection with the Lucky Draw and any materials produced in relation thereto. Further, Bookme, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held responsible for any entries that are lost or damaged in transit. Prizes relative to traveling will be given according to the customer’s availability for travel. In case you don’t get a visa, the offer is no longer applicable to you.

Privacy Policy - Personally Identifiable Information:

Your use of the Bookme website or application and any information provided by you or gathered by either Bookme or third parties is governed by the Bookme Privacy Policy which is incorporated by this reference. You agree to Bookme collection, use, and sharing of your information as set forth in the Bookme Privacy Policy. It is the responsibility of Bookme to make sure that the information of each customer is kept private and safe.

Terms and Conditions for BookmeBro Subscription

The below mentioned terms and conditions apply to BookmeBro subscription on Bookme app, website, and all third-party integrations. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. By subscribing to BookmeBro, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Amendments in Terms and Conditions

Bookme reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions regarding BookmeBro at any time. New changes will be effective after the terms and conditions are amended. Continuation of the BookmeBro subscription will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

2. Subscription is Non-Refundable

The subscription for BookmeBro is non-refundable. No refunds of subscription charges will be made. However, customers can cancel their subscription for the next month.

3. Auto Renewal

Your BookmeBro subscription will renew automatically at the end of every billing cycle. By subscribing to BookmeBro, you authorize us to charge you with subscription fees through your provided payment method. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically unless you cancel your BookmeBro subscription.

4. Price Change Notifications

The subscription fee for BookmeBro may be subject to change in the future. In the event of a price increase, all customers will be notified via email, message, or app notification. You can either accept the new price and continue with the subscription or cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your BookmeBro subscription at any time. To cancel the subscription, you must follow the cancellation procedure as mentioned in the app or contact our customer support for assistance. After completing the process for cancellation, you will continue to have the BookmeBro benefits until the next billing cycle. Auto renewal will be deactivated for the next billing cycle and your subscription will be canceled.

6. Termination of Service

BookmeBro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to Bookme app and website at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or any unlawful activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Bookme be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages incurred from or related to the use of Bookme app, website, subscription feature BookmeBro or any features provided by the company.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Bookme, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets are owned by Bookme. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the app without getting prior written approval from Bookme.

By subscribing to BookmeBro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must refrain from subscribing to BookmeBro.
